PRESS RELEASE: Brian Snyder Named Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Medical Malpractice — Three Years Running

Headshot of Brian Snyder

Snyder & Wenner, P.C. is proud to announce that partner Brian Snyder has once again been selected as the Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs in the Scottsdale metropolitan area.

This marks the third consecutive year Brian has received this recognition, following previous honors in 2025 and 2026.

An Honor Recognized by Legal Peers

The Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” designation is one of the most respected recognitions in the legal profession. Each year, only one attorney in each practice area and region receives this distinction.

Recipients are selected through peer-review voting, with nominations and evaluations completed by other attorneys in the same practice areas. The recognition reflects the professional reputation an attorney has developed among their peers.

Brian’s selection for three consecutive years highlights his continued commitment to representing patients and families affected by serious medical negligence throughout Arizona.

A Track Record Built on Complex Medical Malpractice Cases

Brian’s recognition is supported by decades of experience handling complex medical malpractice matters and significant results for clients.

He obtained the largest medical malpractice verdict in Arizona history — a $31,550,825 unanimous jury verdict against Banner Health in a birth injury case involving the negligent use of Pitocin during labor.

Brian also secured the third-largest medical malpractice verdict in Arizona history, giving him two of the top three medical malpractice verdicts recorded in the state.

Beyond these verdicts, Brian and his partners have recovered over $300 million for clients and their families through settlements and trial results involving hospitals, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers.

His work focuses on helping individuals and families understand their legal options after suffering serious injuries related to medical care.
