We are excited to announce that Snyder & Wenner attorney Brian Snyder has been named the 2025 Lawyer of the Year for medical malpractice by Best Lawyers! Mr. Snyder earned the award due to his work representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits against hospitals, doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers. The award, which is given to one attorney in each practice area per region, is not “pay to play,” meaning it is not an honor that can be purchased. Brian earned Lawyer of the Year based on votes from other medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys in Arizona.
In 2024, Brian obtained the largest medical malpractice verdict in Arizona history ($31,550,825 against Banner Health in a birth injury case) and settled more than $12 million in other medical malpractice cases (this does not include personal injury cases, which are categorized differently). Brian is currently the President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He speaks at and moderates conferences throughout the country and has earned a reputation as one of the top medical malpractice and personal injury lawyers in the state of Arizona.
