President Biden Signs Camp Lejeune Justice Act

On August 10, 2022, President Biden signed the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, part of the larger PACT Act. CBS 5 News interviewed attorney Brian Snyder from Snyder & Wenner about this significant legislation and what it means for our Veterans. In short, the bill gives Veterans the ability to sue the federal government for its part in dumping toxic chemicals in the groundwater at Camp Lejeune from 1953 to 1987. This gross negligence has caused our Veterans, their family members, contractors, and workers to develop life-threatening cancers and Parkinson’s Disease.
